Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, reports, research, analysis, digital products, and other services provided by The Auto Negotiator Group™ ("The Auto Negotiator Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing a service, submitting a vehicle for analysis, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use our services.
1. Our Services
The Auto Negotiator Group™ provides independent vehicle-buying research, analysis, and educational information designed to help consumers make more informed vehicle-purchasing decisions.
Depending upon the service purchased, a Buyer's Intelligence Report™ may include analysis of information such as:
  • Vehicle listing information
  • Asking price
  • Market pricing and comparable vehicles
  • Vehicle specifications and options
  • Vehicle history information when available
  • Known model-specific issues
  • Reliability information
  • Manufacturer recalls and technical information
  • Estimated ownership and maintenance considerations
  • Market position
  • Questions to ask a seller or dealership
  • Items recommended for further inspection or verification
  • Negotiation considerations
  • Suggested pricing ranges
  • The Negotiator Score™
  • The Negotiator's Verdict™
  • Other vehicle-specific research and observations
The exact contents of a report may vary depending upon the vehicle, service purchased, availability of information, and other relevant circumstances.
2. Independent Vehicle-Buying Advisory Service
The Auto Negotiator Group™ is an independent vehicle-buying research and advisory service.
We are not a motor vehicle dealership, and we do not own or maintain vehicle inventory for sale through this service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, we do not:
  • Sell vehicles
  • Purchase vehicles on behalf of customers
  • Take possession or ownership of vehicles
  • Act as an agent for a dealership or vehicle seller
  • Accept commissions from dealerships or sellers for vehicles reviewed
  • Arrange or provide vehicle financing
  • Provide insurance
  • Execute purchase contracts on behalf of customers
  • Procure vehicles on behalf of customers
  • Negotiate directly with dealerships or sellers on behalf of customers
Our services are intended to provide research, analysis, and information that customers may use when making their own purchasing and negotiation decisions.
The customer remains solely responsible for deciding whether to purchase, finance, insure, inspect, negotiate for, or otherwise enter into a transaction involving any vehicle.
3. Buyer's Intelligence Reports™
A Buyer's Intelligence Report™ is an informational and advisory product based upon information reasonably available at the time the report is prepared.
Each report reflects our analysis of the particular vehicle and available market information at that time.
Automotive listings, prices, market conditions, incentives, vehicle availability, dealer fees, financing terms, vehicle condition, and other circumstances may change rapidly.
Accordingly, a Buyer's Intelligence Report™ represents an analysis as of the date and time it is prepared and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future price, value, availability, reliability, condition, resale value, or ownership cost.
4. The Negotiator Score™ and The Negotiator's Verdict™
Certain reports may contain a proprietary scoring methodology referred to as The Negotiator Score™ and a purchasing assessment referred to as The Negotiator's Verdict™.
These tools are designed to summarize multiple research factors in an understandable format.
Factors considered may include market value, pricing position, vehicle history, reliability considerations, ownership costs, disclosed condition, market availability, negotiation opportunity, and other relevant information.
Scores and verdicts represent our analytical opinion based upon available information and our methodology at the time the report is prepared.
They are not guarantees, certifications, warranties, appraisals, inspections, or predictions of future vehicle performance.
5. Information Provided by Customers
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting a report.
This may include:
  • Correct vehicle listing URL
  • Vehicle identification number (VIN), when available
  • Relevant vehicle-history reports
  • Inspection reports
  • Service records
  • Photographs
  • Customer purchasing goals or concerns
  • Other requested information
The Auto Negotiator Group™ is not responsible for errors in a report resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information supplied by a customer, seller, dealership, listing service, vehicle-history provider, or other third party.
6. Third-Party Vehicle Listings and Information
Our analysis may rely upon information obtained from vehicle listings and other third-party sources.
This may include information supplied by:
  • Dealerships
  • Private sellers
  • Vehicle listing platforms
  • Vehicle manufacturers
  • Government databases
  • Vehicle-history providers
  • Market-data providers
  • Automotive research sources
  • Other publicly available or commercially available resources
We do not control these third parties and cannot guarantee that their information is complete, current, or accurate.
A seller may omit information, make errors, change a listing, remove a listing, change a price, sell a vehicle, or provide inaccurate information without our knowledge.
The Auto Negotiator Group™ is not responsible for inaccuracies originating from third-party sources.
7. Market Value and Comparable Vehicle Analysis
Market-value estimates and comparable-vehicle analyses are opinions based upon information available at the time of research.
When appropriate, we may consider factors including:
  • Geographic market
  • Vehicle year
  • Make
  • Model
  • Trim
  • Mileage
  • Equipment
  • Drivetrain
  • Seller type
  • Vehicle condition when known
  • Market availability
  • Comparable listings
  • Relevant market trends
A market-value estimate is not a certified appraisal and does not guarantee that a vehicle can be purchased, sold, financed, insured, or traded for any particular amount.
Actual transaction prices may differ substantially from advertised prices or estimated market values.
8. Suggested Offers and Negotiation Information
Any suggested opening offer, target purchase price, negotiation range, or walk-away price contained in a report is provided for informational purposes.
Dealerships and sellers are under no obligation to accept any suggested amount.
Market conditions, taxes, registration costs, dealer fees, financing terms, trade-ins, incentives, warranties, optional products, and other transaction details may affect the actual purchase price.
Customers are responsible for conducting their own negotiations and deciding what amount they are willing to pay.
9. No Physical Vehicle Inspection
Unless expressly stated otherwise, The Auto Negotiator Group™ does not physically inspect the vehicle being reviewed.
A Buyer's Intelligence Report™ should not be considered a substitute for an independent physical pre-purchase inspection performed by a qualified automotive technician.
Items such as mechanical condition, structural damage, paintwork, fluid condition, tire condition, brake condition, electrical systems, hidden damage, modifications, leaks, corrosion, and other physical characteristics may not be detectable through online research.
We strongly recommend obtaining an independent pre-purchase inspection before purchasing a used vehicle, particularly a luxury, performance, exotic, classic, collector, modified, or high-value vehicle.
10. Vehicle History
Vehicle-history information may be incomplete.
Accidents, repairs, title events, service work, mileage discrepancies, damage, or other events may exist without appearing in available databases or reports.
The absence of a reported accident or other event does not establish that the event never occurred.
Customers should independently verify title status, ownership records, liens, mileage, service history, and other important information before purchasing a vehicle.
11. Recalls and Safety Information
We may research manufacturer recalls and other safety-related information using government, manufacturer, and third-party resources.
Recall status can change.
Customers should independently verify open recalls using the vehicle's VIN with the appropriate manufacturer, dealership, or government recall database before purchasing or operating a vehicle.
12. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Research Tools
The Auto Negotiator Group™ may use artificial intelligence, software, automated data-processing tools, databases, and other technologies to assist with research, organization, analysis, calculations, report preparation, and identification of relevant information.
Automated systems can make mistakes or produce incomplete results.
For this reason, information generated or assisted by automated tools may be reviewed, supplemented, or interpreted as part of our research process.
Use of technology does not convert our reports into guarantees of accuracy, vehicle condition, future performance, or financial outcome.
13. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as service targets and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be delayed because of:
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Unavailable or removed vehicle listings
  • Difficulty verifying vehicle information
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Unusual research requirements
  • Technical problems
  • Events outside our reasonable control
If additional information is required, the delivery period may be paused until the requested information is received.
14. Rush Services
When available, Rush Service provides prioritized report preparation.
Rush delivery begins after we have received the information reasonably necessary to begin the analysis.
Purchasing Rush Service does not guarantee that third-party information, seller responses, history reports, or external resources will be available within the requested period.
15. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on our website are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is due when an order is submitted unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed to in writing.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
We reserve the right to change pricing for future orders at any time.
A pricing change will not alter the agreed price of an order that has already been accepted and paid unless the customer requests additional services.
16. Refunds and Cancellations
Because each Buyer's Intelligence Report™ is customized for a particular customer and vehicle, research may begin shortly after an order is received.
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before research begins.
Once research or customized report preparation has begun, payments are generally non-refundable because professional time and resources have already been committed to the customer's specific request.
If we determine that we cannot reasonably complete the requested service, we may cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund.
Additional details are contained in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
17. Customer Decision and Assumption of Risk
Purchasing a vehicle involves financial and mechanical risks.
The customer is solely responsible for the final purchasing decision.
The Auto Negotiator Group™ does not guarantee that:
  • A recommended vehicle will remain problem-free
  • A vehicle will maintain or increase its value
  • Repairs will not be required
  • A seller's statements are accurate
  • A dealership will honor a particular price
  • A suggested negotiation strategy will succeed
  • Financing will be available on particular terms
  • A vehicle will satisfy the customer's individual needs
  • A vehicle will be safe or mechanically sound
Customers should consider our report as one component of their overall due-diligence process.
18. No Financial, Legal, Insurance, Tax, or Investment Advice
Information provided by The Auto Negotiator Group™ does not constitute legal, tax, insurance, investment, lending, or professional financial advice.
Discussions of financing, depreciation, resale potential, collector interest, ownership costs, or future value are informational estimates and opinions only.
Customers should consult appropriately licensed professionals when advice in those areas is required.
19. Collector, Exotic, Classic, and Investment Vehicles
Collector, exotic, classic, specialty, modified, limited-production, and investment-oriented vehicles involve additional uncertainty.
Values may be influenced by factors such as provenance, originality, documentation, rarity, specification, production numbers, modifications, restoration quality, market sentiment, auction activity, economic conditions, and collector demand.
Any discussion of appreciation or investment potential represents an opinion and does not guarantee future value or investment performance.
20. Intellectual Property
The website, Buyer's Intelligence Reports™, The Negotiator Score™, The Negotiator's Verdict™, written analysis, graphics, report layouts, scoring methodologies, branding, logos, and original materials produced by The Auto Negotiator Group™ are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
A customer purchasing a report receives a limited license to use the completed report for the customer's personal vehicle-purchasing purposes.
Unless we provide written permission, reports and other proprietary materials may not be:
  • Resold
  • Republished commercially
  • Reproduced for commercial purposes
  • Used to create competing products or services
  • Altered and represented as an original report from The Auto Negotiator Group™
  • Used to misrepresent our opinion regarding another vehicle
Customers may share their report with individuals reasonably involved in their contemplated vehicle purchase, including family members, financial professionals, dealerships, sellers, mechanics, or inspectors.
21. Third-Party Trademarks
Vehicle manufacturer names, dealership names, listing-platform names, product names, and other third-party trademarks referenced in our website or reports belong to their respective owners.
Reference to a third-party company, vehicle manufacturer, dealership, or platform does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with The Auto Negotiator Group™.
22. Website Availability
We attempt to maintain reliable access to our website and services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, security events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
23. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website, reports, research, and services are provided on an "as available" and informational basis.
We do not warrant that all information will be error-free, complete, current, or suitable for every purchasing situation.
Nothing in a Buyer's Intelligence Report™ constitutes a warranty or guarantee regarding the condition, safety, reliability, value, ownership cost, or future performance of a vehicle.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Auto Negotiator Group™ and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website, reports, or services.
This includes, where permitted by law, losses associated with:
  • Vehicle repairs
  • Vehicle depreciation
  • Loss of use
  • Financing costs
  • Lost opportunities
  • Seller misrepresentations
  • Third-party data inaccuracies
  • Purchasing decisions
  • Negotiation outcomes
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchased service will not exceed the amount the customer paid The Auto Negotiator Group™ for that service.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
25. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Auto Negotiator Group™ and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or unauthorized commercial use of our reports or intellectual property.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
28. Electronic Communications and Agreement
By submitting an order or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receiving communications related to your transaction electronically.
Where presented with an acceptance mechanism such as a checkbox or order button indicating agreement to these Terms, your affirmative acceptance constitutes your agreement to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

29. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to our services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
